1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website located at olgaswarriors.co or by booking any services with Olga's Warriors Pup Camp (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Site or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and pet owners who access or use our services.

2. Our Services

Olga's Warriors Pup Camp provides premium dog care services in Los Angeles, California, including but not limited to:

• Adventure Hikes (including Runyon Canyon and other dog-friendly locations)
• Neighborhood Dog Walks
• Dog Boarding
• House Sitting
• Pet Transportation (pickup and drop-off)

Services are provided subject to availability and our assessment that your pet is a suitable candidate for the requested activity. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking

All bookings require advance notice and confirmation from our team. A Meet & Greet or Consultation may be required prior to your first service. Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Late drop-offs (beyond the agreed pickup time) may incur an additional fee of $35. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Pricing

Pricing is subject to change. Confirmed booking prices will be honored for the duration of that booking.

4. Pet Owner Responsibilities

As a pet owner using our services, you agree to the following:

• Your dog must be current on all required vaccinations, including rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella
• You must disclose any known behavioral issues, health conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions prior to service
• Your dog must be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses at the time of service
• You must provide accurate emergency contact information and your veterinarian's contact details
• You are financially responsible for any injuries caused by your dog to other animals, persons, or property
• All dogs must be microchipped or have proper ID tags when in our care
• You authorize our staff to seek emergency veterinary care for your pet if necessary, and you agree to cover the cost of such care

5. Dog Assessment & Acceptance

We conduct a thorough assessment of each dog prior to service, particularly for group activities such as adventure hikes. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that we determine poses a safety risk to our staff, other animals, or the public. Dogs with a known history of aggression may be excluded from group activities and offered private or one-on-one services only. Our team's assessment decisions are final.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that outdoor activities, including hiking and off-leash play, carry inherent risks for animals. These risks include but are not limited to: injury from falls, encounters with wildlife, interactions with other animals, extreme weather conditions, and physical exertion.

By using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your pet's participation in activities provided by Olga's Warriors Pup Camp. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you release and hold harmless Olga's Warriors Pup Camp, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from your pet's participation in our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We always act in your pet's best interest. Our handlers are trained professionals, and we maintain the highest safety standards possible.

7. Emergency Veterinary Care

In the event of a medical emergency involving your pet during our care, we will attempt to contact you and your emergency contact immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we are authorized to seek emergency veterinary treatment at the nearest available veterinary facility. You agree to be responsible for all costs associated with such emergency care. We will not be held liable for the outcome of emergency medical decisions made in good faith on behalf of your pet.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, videos, logos, and graphics, is the property of Olga's Warriors Pup Camp or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Site or services to:

• Provide false or misleading information about your pet or yourself
• Harass, threaten, or harm our staff, other clients, or their pets
• Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our Site
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
